Jim Hall

Jim gradated from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA earning a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics. He attended Harvard University Graduate School in Cambridge, MA concentrating in Land Disposition and Development. Since completing his education, Jim has been selling and managing Real Estate full time. Within his first 2 years of selling Real Estate, Jim became the top sales associate, from over 100 candidates, of Century 21 Westward Homes in Wellesley, MA.  

After moving to Sanibel in 1989, he obtained his Florida Real Estate Sales Person license, followed by his Florida Broker's license in 1992. Jim has attended over 800 hours of supplementary real estate schooling and seminars. He was awarded the prestigious "CRS" and "CRB" designations signifying his commitment to education as a Certified Residential Specialist and Certified Residential Broker. In addition, he obtained the "GRI" designation making him a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute.  

Jim has been managing VIP Realty's Sanibel and Captiva offices since 1993. Under his leadership, VIP has grown to 3 island offices and the top selling Real Estate company on the islands with an impressive 39% market share in closed sales. He is very involved in the community. He is the former Vice Chairman of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Trustee for The Canterbury School in Fort Myers and a Director for the Sanibel & Captiva Board of Realtors. Jim lives on Sanibel with his wife Karen and three children.
